R&R was established in 2010 from a network of trainers and consultants of international organisations operating since 2002. R&R's experts are highly qualified, and have accomplished high quality consulting services. The experts have been in senior management positions of development projects, having practical experience in various fields. The strength of R&R is the continuous improvement of the spiral cycle Implementation–Research–Training. Three areas of work have mutually reinforcing effects in the chain: the implementation of the project utilises the results of research and training, and training courses provide learners with up-to-date knowledge and experience in implementation of diverse projects.
